All presenters
- Please bring your presentation on a USB drive to the Speaker Ready Room THE DAY BEFORE the start of your session so the AV technicians have adequate time to load your presentation onto the session room laptop.
- In the event of extenuating circumstances preventing you from checking in at the Speaker Ready Room the day prior, the latest you can drop off your presentation at the Speaker Ready Room is ONE HOUR in advance of your session start time.
- These session rooms are networked and your presentation must be loaded on the session room laptop from the Speaker Ready Room server.
- Do NOT take your presentation or laptop directly to the session room to present. Switchers are not provided in these session rooms and you will not be able to connect your laptop for presentation.
- To prevent session interruptions and delays, please check-in at the Speaker Ready Room to ensure smooth operation of your presentation and session.
- Presenter View is available. This will allow your view on the laptop to show the current slide, your upcoming slide and the notes. Speak with AV staff in the Speaker Ready Room if you would like to use Presenter View.
