ASBMB small conferences are made possible through the generous contributions of our sponsors. Each meeting organizer works to solicit sponsorship from a variety of funding sources including corporate, non-profit and government sectors. The ASBMB works closely with all of our organizers to form lasting relationships with our sponsors.

• Digital ad in ASBMB Today, member magazine (one month).

Student Travel Award Sponsorships (applies to in-person conference)

$2,000 minimum (requires $2,000+ sponsorship package)

Attendee(s) will be selected by the organizers of the meeting based on their abstract submission, partial reimbursement of travel expenses allocations depending on number of students selected. Sponsor acknowledgement on conference website, program and award announcement.

Sponsor message in follow-up email

$1,000 (requires $2,000+ sponsorship package)

Include a short message about your product or brand linking to your website in the post-conference email to attendees.

Social media mention

$500 (requires $2,000+ sponsorship package)

One social media post on ASBMB’s Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn promoting the meeting will mention your company as a sponsor and will link to your company’s social media page.

Poster prizes

$1,000 (requires $2,000+ sponsorship package)

Winners will be selected by the organizers of the conference. Sponsor acknowledgement on conference website, program and prize announcement.

Conference bag inserts (applies to in-person conference)

$500 (requires $2,000+ sponsorship package)

Company sends product to ASBMB office or conference location for insertion in the attendee conference bags. Prior approval of insert by ASBMB required. Sponsor is responsible for production and shipment of items.


ASBMB reserves the right to reject sponsorship requests at our sole discretion.
