Glycomics and glycoinformatics

June 24, 2020 | Duration: 1 hr. 14 mins.

Mass spectrometry offers a way to measure post-translational carbohydrate modification to proteins. However, glycomics remains technically challenging compared with proteomics. This session presents broad-scope analyses of glycosylation, including both novel methods and resources for glycomics and physiological findings that they have enabled.

The talks in this virtual event were originally programmed to take place as an in-person Spotlight Session at the 2020 ASBMB Annual Meeting.
