Lipid Research Division
The Lipid Research Division serves as a platform within the ASBMB to highlight progress in lipid research and to foster communication among lipid researchers and between lipid researchers and the broader ASBMB membership.
Activities
- This group organizes the lipids and membranes interest group session and other lipid-related content at the ASBMB Annual Meeting.
- They also organize the virtual LRD Seminar Series throughout the year.
- The LRD also presents the Walter A. Shaw Young Investigator Award in Lipid Research and the Avanti Award in Lipids.
- Visit the LRD forum on the ASBMB Active Site for the latest discussions.
