Immunology
This interest group is concerned with the function of the immune system and how it recognizes and responds to and neutralizes pathogens. Areas of interest include research and methods related to virology, adaptive immunity, infectious diseases, innate and adaptive immunity, the role of inflammation and the immune system in disease progression or remission and more.
